You can pick up your order in Kyiv at our M1R showroom located at Zolotovorotska Street 6a.
The showroom is open everyday, from 13:00 to 20:00.

For delivery within Ukraine, we use "Nova Poshta," and it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days for your order to arrive.

For worldwide delivery, we use "Ukrposhta" or "Nova Poshta Global" and the delivery time varies from 12 to 25 days, depending on the destination.

If you received clothing in the wrong size or in unsatisfactory condition - that is, due to a brand error - we will cover all the expenses for the return, and we will either send you a new item or offer an alternative (if the original is no longer available) or provide a full refund.

If you simply change your mind (we hope this won't happen), we accept the item within 14 days from the purchase in a new condition with all tags and packaging, and we will offer something else in exchange or a promo code for your next purchase or make a full refund.
All deliveries are made at customer's expense. If the quality of the item will not be good it will be returned to the customer at customers expense.

We cannot accept the return of silver jewelry and lingerlie/swimwear according to Ukrainian laws.

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
